The timing is right. We are in a secure position to expand our short-term rental(STR) portfolio, and we've had multiple clients ask to invest in our STR projects. We have invested the time and resources into developing the ideal legal structure, management and location options that meet our criteria. To expand on a larger scale, we require multiple investors to help fund multiple real estate projects. An investor will make a great ROI, just not all the ROI, as we are providing the heavy lifting and expertise to bring the opportunity into fruition.
airShares Holdings LLC, received a small five percent (5%) premium of the final property purchase price at closing. The premium helps airShares recover acquisition, holding, project management, staff and legal costs.
Secondly, our team receives standard real estate commissions (if licensed in the purchase state) or referral compensation from the buying and selling of real property.
Lastly, airShares receives 1 Share of the 4 total property shares of each of the projects. Therefore, airShares received a percentage (25%) of the income and ownership in exchange for the redistribution of our management fee (17%), personal investment of resources, securing and guaranteeing each loan and our vast expertise to ensure a successful short-term rental.
Our lower operating costs and fee structure allows our shareholders to average double-digit returns!
